    a. Returns & Refunds

    • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
    • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
    • Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Return shipping cost will be beard by the customer.

    b. Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via email.
    • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
