Refund And Returns Policy

At Tulasimart, we take pride in offering high-quality Indian handicrafts. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations are expected. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • You provide unboxing video or photos as proof.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Email us at tulasimart@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your order number and describe the issue.
  3. Attach photos or a video clearly showing the problem.
  4. Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back.

Note: Return shipping cost will be borne by us only if the item is confirmed as damaged or incorrect.


Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • No refunds for:
    • Slight design/color differences (due to handmade nature)
    • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
    • Late return requests

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties or taxes, if any.
  • Returns are accepted only in case of damage or wrong item, following the same procedure.
